1 Peter 2:21-25 BSB
For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in His footsteps: “He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in His mouth.” When they heaped abuse on Him, He did not retaliate; when He suffered, He made no threats, but entrusted Himself to Him who judges justly. He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. “By His stripes you are healed.” For “you were like sheep going astray,” but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

Galatians 3:13-14, 29 BSB
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. For it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” He redeemed us in order that the blessing promised to Abraham would come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. ... And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise.

Proclamation
Jesus Christ bore sin, suffered, rose, reigns, and is Lord. I turn from self-rule and trust Him.
The Father has delivered me from the power of darkness and brought me into the kingdom of His beloved Son. In Christ I have redemption and forgiveness.
I am not saved by boasting, performance, fear, or spiritual intensity. I receive grace through faith and return to the Shepherd of my soul.
Because I belong to Christ, I will live unto righteousness, walk in truth, love others, and bear witness to His mercy.
