Immediate Declaration
This emergency is real, but fear is not my lord. God is our refuge and present help. My heavenly Father knows exactly what is needed.
I protect life and safety first, ask specifically, receive wisdom, recognize every honest channel, and complete the next faithful action.
God leads us to emergency services, safe shelter, food, medicine, communication, transportation, documents, insurance, benefits, legal help, work, family, church, and recovery resources.
Prayer
God of all grace, be our refuge and present help. Preserve life, safety, health, shelter, food, medicine, communication, transport, and essential documents. Lead us to emergency services, insurance, benefits, legal help, family, church, housing, employment, and recovery resources. In Jesus' name, amen.
Faithful next actions
- Write the exact need, amount or item, and deadline.
- Identify the minimum safe solution and the preferred fuller solution.
- List resources already present and the people affected.
- Identify the person or organization to contact now.
- Complete the clearest faithful action before nonessential activity.
Use with wisdom
- When food, water, shelter, heat, electricity, medicine, transportation, personal safety, or urgent health care is threatened, address immediate safety first and contact appropriate providers, emergency services, clinicians, creditors, landlords, employers, agencies, churches, family, or community resources. Receiving practical help is not unbelief.
- Do not delay emergency, medical, safeguarding, utility, housing, insurance, legal, or disaster-response contact in order to complete a devotional exercise.
- Protect personal information and reject fraud, false urgency, predatory loans, exploitative contracts, and unverified recovery offers.
