Father, provide reliable transportation or an effective alternative and the tools, repairs, fuel, insurance, software, devices, and supplies needed for work, care, family, worship, and service. Give wisdom to repair, replace, share, rent, buy, or wait. In Jesus' name, amen.

3The prudent see danger and take cover, but the simple keep going and suffer the consequences.

1Then the LORD said to Moses, 2“See, I have called by name Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. 3And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability, and knowledge in all kinds of craftsmanship, 4to design artistic works in gold, silver, and bronze, 5to cut gemstones for settings, and to carve wood, so that he may be a master of every craft. 6Moreover, I have selected Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, as his assistant. I have also given skill to all the craftsmen, that they may fashion all that I have commanded you:
The Spirit of God fills me with skill, ability, and knowledge for my craft. He calls me by name, gives me my gifts, and gives skill to those who work alongside me.
1Now the sons of the prophets said to Elisha, “Please take note that the place where we meet with you is too small for us. 2Please let us go to the Jordan, where each of us can get a log so we can build ourselves a place to live there.” “Go,” said Elisha. 3Then one of them said, “Please come with your servants.” “I will come,” he replied. 4So Elisha went with them, and when they came to the Jordan, they began to cut down some trees. 5As one of them was cutting down a tree, the iron axe head fell into the water. “Oh, my master,” he cried out, “it was borrowed!” 6“Where did it fall?” asked the man of God. And when he showed him the place, the man of God cut a stick, threw it there, and made the iron float. 7“Lift it out,” he said, and the man reached out his hand and took it.
The God who made the borrowed axe head float is my God. I bring Him my lost and broken tools, and I trust Him to care about the small things I need for my work.
