Romans 6:11-14 BSB
So you too must count yourselves dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its desires. Do not present the parts of your body to sin as instruments of wickedness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and present the parts of your body to Him as instruments of righteousness. For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace.

James 1:22-25 BSB
Be doers of the word, and not hearers only. Otherwise, you are deceiving yourselves. For anyone who hears the word but does not carry it out is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror, and after observing himself goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom, and continues to do so—not being a forgetful hearer, but an effective doer—he will be blessed in what he does.

1 John 2:3-6 BSB
By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments. If anyone says, “I know Him,” but does not keep His commandments, he is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But if anyone keeps His word, the love of God has been truly perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him: Whoever claims to abide in Him must walk as Jesus walked.

Proclamation
I am alive unto God through Jesus Christ. I will not yield my body or choices as instruments of unrighteousness.
I walk in the Spirit and refuse to feed the lusts of the flesh. Grace does not excuse bondage; grace trains and empowers obedience.
I will be a doer of the Word, not a hearer only. Show me the command, correction, restitution, or habit that must become action.
I abide in Christ and desire to walk as He walked—with truth, love, courage, purity, mercy, and faithfulness.
Faithful next actions

- Remove one repeated occasion for sin.
- Make one concrete act of restitution, service, or obedience.
Use with wisdom
- Holiness is not self-harm, coercive control, contempt for the body, or an attempt to earn salvation.
