Scripture foundation
Matthew 6:31-33 BSB
Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles strive after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.

Matthew 7:9-11 BSB
Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? So if you who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

Proclamation
My heavenly Father knows that this household needs food, clean water, and suitable clothing. I ask without shame and receive through every honest channel He appoints.
I use what is already present with gratitude and without waste. I recognize provision through work, family, church, community, benefits, programs, charities, and unexpected kindness.
Hunger, dehydration, exposure, and shame will not silence wise action. I ask, seek, knock, and share as God supplies.
Prayer
Father, give us this day our daily bread. Provide nourishing food, clean water, and clothing suitable for weather, work, health, dignity, and service. Show us how to use what is present without waste and connect us with every honest source of help. In Jesus' name, amen.
Faithful next actions
- Check immediate food, water, clothing, and weather-safety needs.
- Contact an appropriate family member, church, food program, benefits office, charity, school, or community resource now when supplies are unsafe or insufficient.
- Use available food and supplies carefully, and share appropriately when there is enough.
Use with wisdom
- When hunger, dehydration, or exposure threatens health or safety, seek immediate practical help; receiving assistance is not unbelief.
- Do not give away money or supplies required for essential household food, water, or clothing under spiritual pressure.
